Terms and Conditions1) Goods sold are NON-REFUNDABLE.
2) Meetups are only at MRT stations, we prefer meeting around the east-west line(Green line in MRT route, Boon Lay to Pasir Ris).
3) We apologise for any delays/unavailability of stocks, but we guarantee that we will try our best to deliver the goods to you within the estimated dates.
4) Payments should only be made in CASH.
5) We will meet up with you first to collect your payment, and meet up with you again to give you your goods.
6) If you find that you are unable to meet up with us on the selected date/time, you must inform us at least 2 days before the date. No last minute cancellations of meet-ups, especially when collecting goods. You will be charged $1 on your next meet-up(after last minute cancellation) to collect your goods.
7) We will no longer entertain your orders if you cancel your meet-up dates 3 times.
8) If you wish to change the meeting location, please inform us at least a day before the meet-up date.
9) No swaps allowed.
10) Jxfashiondiva will not be responsible for lost mails , wrong colours , sizes and designs.
11) We will send u an email confirming the meet-up locations, and your orders and the amount you need to pay.
12) After we have collected your payment, we will further confirm with you the expected date that your goods will be ready.
13) If the capping is not full, you need to wait till they are. Don't worry, we'll inform you :)
14) We will also inform you if you need to pay any extra charges before hand.
15)Jxfashiondiva reserves the right to extend the deadline for the orders stated.
16) Once payment is made , there will be no cancellation of orders.
17) No dead buyers please.

19) We can guarantee you that we do not scam.
20) Prices are fixed, they are non-negotiable. But do note that there will be promotions once in a while. :D
